Corinne Blackmon, M.A., LCMHCA, LPCA (she/her)

Corinne offers childhood trauma therapy via telehealth sessions for both groups and individuals living in North and South Carolina.

Corinne helps clients who have had childhood trauma learn to feel safe in their bodies again, replace their inner critic voice with compassion and kindness through reparenting their inner child, and cultivate an internal sense of peace that they can come back to regardless of what’s happening in their lives.

Corinne’s expertise also includes helping childhood trauma survivors who struggle with food and body image. Corinne practices from an intuitive eating and Health at Every Size (HAES) perspective – which means that she believes in helping her clients learn to accept their bodies and reclaim a healthy relationship with food.

She also likes to incorporate nervous system informed theory and techniques into her work with clients, including polyvagal theory, to help them have the tools to regulate their emotions and nervous system as they work to process and heal from their trauma.

Due to license requirements, Corinne is only available to see clients residing in North Carolina and South Carolina. APPLY FOR A SCREENING INTERVIEW WITH CORINNE HERE
